Free to use images and video clips

During HBL there’s a chance you might be making video or other presentations that could be “spruced up” with some copyright free images and video clips from beyond the walls of your home. Here are some sites that I recently shared with some Year 11 students, all of which have video and images that are free to use:

Remember to acknowledge the creator. Also, the video files will likely be huge, so here’s how to reduce the file size of any video using Quicktime…

  1. Open the video in Quicktime

  2. Go to File...

  3. Export as…

  4. Choose a format to export to (e.g. 720p)

Browse through lists of endless songs and sound effects. Sign in to YouTube with your school YouTube account, then go here to access.
